I have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009 as well as being a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy and the Massage Therapy Association. I am privileged to be part of the ever growing complimentary health care field.

Many of my family members became nurses or decided to work in different areas of health care, so having an interest in the intricate workings of the human body came to me naturally. My belief that massage in itself cannot heal but rather facilitate the healing process leads me to a very strong comprehensive approach.

I graduated the 3000 hour Massage Therapy program from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008. It was here that I learned several different techniques, such as swedish, myofacial release, cranio-sacral therapy, joint mobility, self –care programs, pre and post natal, deep tissue release, and others that I integrate into my practice.

Outside of Massage therapy I enjoy, softball, biking , hiking, general physical activity and spending time with my two bull terriers, Zoe and Momo.

My future endeavors are to complete my Bachelor of Health science degree and to continue my education in new research and approaches to Massage Therapy.
